Invisalign treatment was first completed and carefully planned to correct anterior end to end bite and create spaces to improve aesthetic proportions of the anterior teeth.
Once the teeth were correctly positioned Composite Bonding with no tooth preparation could be performed to restore uneven and worn teeth and improve tooth widths.
The lower anterior teeth were intruded to allow space for composite resin to replace lost structure from years of wear with incorrect bite.
The upper anterior teeth were also intruded to improve gingival margin heights and allow room for restoration of lost structure.
